Doosan Robotics establishes a European branch office in Germany

Doosan Robotics is making proactive moves to expand its overseas sales channels and respond to local demand.
On the 20th, Doosan Robotics announced that it has established a Doosan Robotics Europe branch office in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Doosan Robotics' European branch will seek out excellent local partners such as system integrators (SI) and dealers in major European countries, including Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Italy. The branch will also focus on selling solutions that are in high demand in Europe, such as ▲ Palletizing to sort or load goods on pallets, ▲ Machine Tending to insert processed materials and remove finished products, and ▲ Welding.
In addition, Doosan Robotics has decided to establish a service center in Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands, to quickly respond to after-sales service such as the installation and retrieval of collaborative robots and replacing parts, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and reliability.
A Doosan Robotics official said, "Following the H series, we plan to focus on marketing and sales activities for the P series, which will be released in the second half of the year, in the North American and European markets, where there is a high demand for the introduction of collaborative robots with high payload capacity,” and added, “We will do our best to improve customer satisfaction by expanding our sales channels to more than 100 companies in North America and Europe by the end of the year, developing solutions tailored to the needs of local customers, and building a service network."
Doosan Robotics has been expanding its partnerships in North America since establishing its Doosan Robotics Americas subsidiary in Plano, Texas in 2022. Last year, it strengthened its marketing activities in North America, including signing a partnership agreement with Rockwell Automation, the largest industrial automation solutions company in the US.
