Doosan Robotics appreciates security researchers who responsibly disclose vulnerabilities found in our products and software. Please review the following before submitting a report.

· Doosan Robotics collaborative robot products and controller software

Process

· Our team reviews every report after submission.

· Once a vulnerability is confirmed, we plan remediation based on severity.

· We ask reporters to refrain from publicly disclosing details until remediation is complete.

Doosan Robotics collects reporters' personal information to process security vulnerability reports and follow up with the outcome of our review.

Purpose of Collection and Use
- Reviewing report content and following up with the outcome
- Verifying the reporter and preventing duplicate or spam submissions

Items of Personal Information Collected
- Required: Email
- Optional: Name, Organization, Country
- Automatically collected: IP address (for spam and duplicate-report prevention)

Retention and Use Period
- In principle, collected personal information will be promptly deleted once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.
- However, for the purpose of maintaining a vulnerability remediation history, information will be retained for three (3) years from the date of collection.

Right to Refuse Consent and Potential Consequences
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described above.
However, if you do not consent, we may be unable to accept your report or follow up with the outcome.
